What Dozi collects

Dozi does not require accounts, usernames, profile creation, or sign-in. We do not collect personal information, do not build advertising profiles, and do not use third-party analytics inside the app.

Camera, microphone, Face ID, notifications, and local network access

Dozi may request permission to use the camera, microphone, Face ID, local notifications, and local network access so the app can provide its core features.

• Camera and microphone are used for live nursery video and audio.
• Face ID is used only to help unlock protected screens on your device.
• Notifications are used to alert you about connection, motion, or sound events.
• Local network access is used so your devices can discover and connect to each other on your home network.

How video and audio are handled

Dozi is built to stream video and audio between your devices, not to store it. We do not record, upload, or keep video, audio, or image libraries from your nursery sessions.

Remote monitoring and connection servers

When you use remote monitoring, Dozi may use signaling and relay infrastructure to help your devices establish and maintain a connection over the internet. Those services are used to support the live connection itself. Dozi is not designed to store your nursery video or audio on our servers.

In-app purchases

Dozi offers optional purchases through Apple's App Store. Purchase processing, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

Children's privacy

Dozi is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers. It is not designed as a service for children to create accounts or submit personal information to us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
